The Problem
The Synergy Gateway team was having troubles visualizing different ideas and wanted to see and click through prototypes to test concepts. However, there was limited developer bandwidth and traditional design prototyping methods are too time-consuming.
Project Outcomes
Experimented with different prototypes across three projects using AI tools like Lovable and Cursor, gathering early feedback to guide direction
Narrowed down design decisions and refined validated concepts in Figma
Achieved alignment across stakeholders, including operations and development

The Problem
The Problem
Users were frustrated by the need to manually enter health data and the platform couldn't track important health metrics.
The Synergy Gateway team was having troubles visualizing different ideas and wanted to see and click through prototypes to test concepts. However, there was limited developer bandwidth and traditional design prototyping methods are too time-consuming.

Project Outcomes
Enabled real-time data syncing from 5+ smart wearable brands and added manual input options to track health metrics
Experimented with different prototypes across three projects using AI tools like Lovable and Cursor, gathering early feedback to guide direction
Leveraged user data from Pendo to validate design decisions.
Narrowed down design decisions and refined validated concepts in Figma
Enabled 2+ new client acquisitions by meeting requirements for wearable data integration.
Launched across web and mobile in both English and French, ensuring broad accessibility and reach.
Achieved alignment across stakeholders, including operations and development

Supporting flexible shipments on Elastic Path’s ecommerce platform

The Problem
Elastic Path's existing system only supports shipping one order in a single package to a single location, leading to shipping and difficulty to managing orders.
Project Outcomes
Redesigned the order page to support multiple shipments to multiple addresses in one order while working with the existing design system
Leveraged user research collected from 2 rounds of usability testing and 2 customer walkthroughs
Launched beta version in 4 months, while balancing work on other initiatives.
30,000+ uses across 36 customer stores within 3 months of release and reduced time spent on page by 10%.

Integrating Netflare’s ticketing solution into Slack

The Problem
Many startups were hesitant to adopt Netflare's ticking tool. After speaking with leads, I saw an opportunity to design a Slack integration that aligned with their existing workflows and encouraged adoption.
Project Outcomes
Conducted 4 rounds of usability testing to validate designs
Successfully launched the integration, allowing users to create, view, and manage tickets directly within Slack on mobile and desktop devices.
Helped acquire 2+ customers as a result of the integration.
